ITAR-TASS News Agency in an article titled, " Japan prepares to impose new sanctions on Russia ," stated: "Japanese government is preparing to impose new sanctions on Russia, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga told a news conference on Wednesday. “We are preparing to take additional measures, including freezing of bank accounts.
